San Diego - El Cajon Warrants

If a person fails to appear for a court hearing, fails to pay a fine or otherwise disobeys a court order, a warrant for their arrest may be issued. If the person is picked up on the warrant, they may have to post bail to get out of jail or spend up to ten days in jail waiting for a court hearing.

Certain warrants also result in a suspended license from the DMV.

An attorney may be able to get the warrant recalled before the person ends up in jail and has their license suspended.

If you or someone you know has has an outstanding warrant, call the Law Offices of Dan Bacal at (619) 588-2064 or request a FREE case evaluation. The initial consultation is free of charge. We accept payment plans and credit cards to handle your case.
